1.(Question) How do I get a quote or make a booking?

Getting a quote or making a booking request couldn't be easier. Merely complete our quote request form and e-mail us. at info@chelsea-fulhamcars.com  or Book by phone. + 44 (0) 2071836402 or Book by fax. + 44 (0) 2071836406.chelsea & fulham cars will then give either a speedy quote or confirm all booking and travel details.

2. What happens if my flight arrives late?

Quite naturally chelsea & fulham cars.monitors all flight arrival times. Regardless of late or even early arrival, your driver will be there!

3. How long will the Driver wait for me?

In relation to an Airport meeting, once the allotted 45 minutes waiting time has expired, your Driver will make extensive enquiries at the Airport (with Customs; your Airline; Airport information's paging system) before referring back to our office where further inquiries will be made. Only then would the Driver be authorised to leave the terminal.

4. Is there an extra charge for waiting time?

All of our quotes include up to 45 minutes waiting time. In respect of an Airport meeting calculated from actual flight landing time. After 45 minutes an excess charge of £15.00 per hour for  Saloon;
£20.00 for other MPV and Cars or between £25.00 and £30.00 per/hour .

5.(Question) How do I pay for my journey?

Payment Conditions We guarantee no hidden charges. Payment can be made to the driver in £ Sterling Cash payments direct to Driver no VAT charged. Most major Credit Cards accepted in advance with an £ 8.00 administrative surcharge.

6. Must all bookings be made in advance?

It is advisable that bookings are made at least 24 hours before your journey. Although, (subject to availability), often last minute bookings can be accommodated.
