• Booking less than 24hrs before pick up time should please call us on 02071836402 within the UK. And for international calls, the number is

• Please note, babies are counted as passengers. This is important when considering the size of the vehicle you might need.

• Any additional pick up  not stipulated in the passengers initial booking will incur a £10 charge for each additional pickup .

• All prices quoted are per car.

• After the flight has landed, the driver has maximum of 45 mins free waiting time at the designated meeting point. After that charge of £15.00 per hour for  Saloon; £20.00 for other MPV and Cars or between £25.00 and £30.00 per/hour. If the driver cannot see you, he or she has the right to leave and the journey will be considered abandoned. please call our office on 02071836402 if you cannot locate our driver at the appointed meeting point.

• A booking/reservation may only be altered or cancelled with the permission of the company. This can be done by email or by phone.

• Cancellations informed between 4 and 12 hours prior to pick up time means that a £15 cancellation charge will be incured. Cancellation informed between 4 to 2 hours prior to the journey will incure 100% of the booking price.

• chelsea & fulham cars. reserves the right to invoice at the full amount or debit credit card held as guarantee.

• Cancellation not informed up to 4 hours before pick up time will incure 100%.

• Excess parking and entrance fees are chargeable.

• Most vehicles are strictly non-smoking.

• chelsea & fulham cars.shall not be held responsible for a missed flight due to extreme traffic or road conditions.

• chelsea & fulham cars. shall not be held responsible for loss or damage to any property or luggage carried in our vehicles.

• Special rates for extended hires A 25% surcharge is levied on public holiday's A 100% surcharge is levied on Christmas Day and New Years day.

• Payment on this site is via a secure server.

• chelsea & fulham cars. reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions. Any terms and conditions previously in use but later amended or changed have no legal basis.

• Any messages or descriptions on this website are to be seen only as guides. They are not legally binding.

• Passengers are strongly advised to give enough time for their journey, especially passengers travelling to the airport.
